BeiHuLuShan is a nice hike for anyone looking to do something that isn’t too easy but not too hard. There are ropes, ribbon markers, and a trail that is easy to follow.

MengDanShan North Peak – 虻彈山北峰 is located behind the Wan’an Riverside park 萬安親水公園. It’s a hike that you should not attempt. For real, I’m not kidding. There is no reason for you to hike this at all. This week I decided I would 100% for sure hike to an easy peak. After a bit of searching, I came up with LiDingShan 笠頂山 in Majia 瑪家. It looked to take a few hours to hike to both the LiDingShan peak and also to the LiangShan ZhenLi Southwest peak 涼山真笠西南峯. It would have made for a nice easy day. But if you know me, I always manage to find something to make it more difficult.

Sandishan is located in Sandimen 三地門, Pingtung. I was looking to do an easier hike after a rather tough hike the weekend prior. The hike to Sandishan fit the bill, but unfortunately my decision to hike further on to Dewenshan 德文山 turned an easy hike into something much different.
